How to Reserve a Court

1. Go to Reservations
2. Enter your name and check the resident box
3. Click "Make Reservation"
4. Select a date (up to 7 days ahead)
5. Choose your time slot(s) - up to 2 hours
6. Pick East or West Court
7. Click "Confirm Reservation"

My Reservations

After logging in, you can view and manage your reservations:

• Print All: Click "Print All" to print a summary of all your upcoming reservations
• Cancel: Click "Cancel" next to any reservation to remove it
• Add to Google Calendar: Click the calendar icon next to a reservation to add it to your Google Calendar

Booking Rules

• Maximum 2 hours per day
• Book up to 7 days in advance
• System prevents double-booking automatically

Club Announcements

Important club announcements are displayed at the top of the reservation screen when you log in. These are posted by club admins and may include court conditions, upcoming events, or schedule changes.

Understanding Blocked Courts

Some time slots may be unavailable because they are blocked for:

• Group Play - Recurring sessions (3.0 Group, 3.5 Group, Ladies Day)
• Club Events - Mixers, tournaments, or special activities
• Maintenance - Court maintenance or repairs

Blocked courts show the event name (e.g., "Tennis 101" or "3.5 Group Play") so you know why the court is unavailable. These time slots cannot be reserved.
